🕒 Order Processing

At The Queen In You Boutique, we take pride in ensuring your orders are handled with care. Orders are processed and shipped via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders up to $300 → Flat shipping rate of $10.00

Orders over $300 → Flat shipping rate of $15.00

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

🦠 COVID-19 & Carrier Delays

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping carriers may still experience occasional delays related to COVID-19 safety measures, staffing shortages, or transportation issues. These delays are outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist you if your order is affected.

✉️ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. The Queen In You Boutique is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
