Refund policy

COVID-19 POLICY/RETURNS:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are no longer accepting returns to ensure the safety of our community, customers, and staff.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/RETURNS: We apologize, but TQIY does not offer exchanges or refunds. Your satisfaction is our goal, so if you received an incorrect item(s) or a defective item(s), you can return/exchange it for the same item(s).  Please contact us via email at thequeeninu@gmail within 5 days of the delivery date. Please provide photos and/or videos of the incorrect or defective items.  If return is approved, please return the item(s) within 14 days from receiving your order from USPS. TQIY will provide a shipping label via email to return the item(s).

In the event the same item(s) are no longer available, a store credit (excluding shipping and handling charges) in the form of a coupon will be issued and can be used towards any future orders.  Please note that the original shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your item(s) have been received by us. The customer will receive an email with coupon details within 5-7 business days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Returns are gladly accepted ONLY if TQIY shipped the wrong item(s) or when you received your item, it was defective.  However, all returns MUST be in perfect condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We will NOT accept any returns if there is any sign of wear such as stains, make up, perfume or deodorant. 

Price Adjustments: TQIY does not offer price adjustments on any subsequent sales or promotions.  If you purchased your order prior to a sales or promotion, TQIY will not make any price adjustments.

HOW TO RETURN: Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date informing us of the issue. Send all returns by USPS. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a delivery confirmation/tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.

DAMAGES and ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or coupon purchases.
